The noise levels were absolutely unbearable. I encountered several guests who came in late and had loud conversations, which was disruptive to my sleep. The check-out time was also way too early at 10 am, and paying extra for a later check-out felt unfair given the disturbances I experienced.

the soundproofing was dreadful, I could hear every conversation outside my capsule, which made sleeping a challenge, and in a supposed 'luxury' stay! I expected better service and maybe a complimentary upgrade to soothe my misery, but alas, I was just another guest.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was perfect for fueling my busy workdays. Additionally, the laundry facilities were a great asset during my two-night stay, allowing me to keep my work clothes fresh and clean.

The heater and AC controls were only in Japanese, which made it challenging to find a comfortable room temperature.

The hotel's location is excellent , just a short walk from the train station. I found the hybrid room to be very comfortable with just the right amount of space for my luggage. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options that I enjoyed each morning. Guests appreciated the friendly staff, and I found them to be genuinely welcoming during my stay, especially when they helped with my luggage.
